Temperature Rise Desorption Analysis Device "Hydrogen Content Analysis Device for Steel HTDS-003"

It is suitable for the evaluation of materials for hydrogen embrittlement and the evaluation of hydrogen storage alloys.

The "Hydrogen Content Analysis Device for Steel HTDS-003" is an inorganic gas dedicated thermal desorption analysis device capable of highly sensitive quantitative analysis of hydrogen content in steel. It has been developed with the aim of miniaturization and cost reduction compared to the conventional device (HTDS-002). Like the previous HTDS devices, it achieves the same analytical performance (sensitivity: 0.01 wt.ppm/5g), allowing for high-sensitivity analysis, and the operability remains as simple as before. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a mass spectrometer as a detector, enabling real-time measurement ■ Uniform heating length: 200mm (at 1000℃/within ±1℃), allowing stable heating of larger samples ■ Samples can be introduced without exposing the heating furnace core tube and analysis chamber to the atmosphere ■ Actual samples can also be introduced *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

High-frequency heating type temperature rise desorption analysis device

Hydrogen analysis from negative temperatures! High temperature measurement possible up to 1700℃!

The high-frequency heating type temperature-programmed desorption analysis device IH-TDS1700 is an analytical instrument that allows real-time observation of molecules desorbing from a sample by electromagnetic induction heating in ultra-high vacuum. Due to the ultra-high vacuum, it enables low background and high-sensitivity measurements. The influence of side reactions caused by atmospheric or generated gases is also significantly suppressed, allowing for the observation of desorbed molecules from the sample under ideal conditions. For metal samples with good heating efficiency, heating above 1700°C is possible. Additionally, low-temperature TDS measurements of diffusible hydrogen in steel, which is a factor in hydrogen embrittlement of steel materials, can also be performed. The control of the main body of the device is automatically managed by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and a touch panel is used for the interface.
